Not responding to any customer inquries and order never arrived
This company used to be both very reliable and a good source for legitimate practitioners. We placed an order for 2nd day shipping for urgently needed remedies and four days later no delivery has been made. The company will not respond to repeated emails and inquiries and it appears questionable as to whether or not they are still operating given their lack of response. If they are still operating, that is unprofessional and unhelpful. Ordering from the manufacturer used to take longer but may be the best option.

I'm sorry it appears we have messed up with your order, and in responding to your emails. There are no recent orders with the surname of your Trustpilot account.
However there was a recent customer who did not receive their shipment by second day air because of supply chain delays. (KL?). In response to this, we sent the remedies overnight (at our expense) and emailed to say so. Perhaps the email is in your junk folder?
