Sofa was great but the delivery people were not helpful at all. They were in a rush and did not even try to help me get the whole sofa inside. I asked twice for them to atleast attempt to get the last part in through the door and they said no. I had no choice but to ask them to leave it outside until I could get some other help. My husband came after work and managed to get it in straight away.

Chris did an amazing job on delivering my new sofas, he communicated well throughout! :)

Still waiting for my sofa ,was told 4-12 days ,it's been 16days ,no sign of it and they ask for a review ? Each time I e mail they send an automated that they're preparing it

2 weeks after placing my order I chased up as had heard nothing. I was told there was no stock and it was ‘expected’ in another week. Poor communication. Orders should not be accepted if no stock or this should be outlined at purchase.

Communication was a little slow after the order was made, however emails were promptly answered.
The sofa is beautiful, looks even better than the pictures and exceeds my expectations.

Although items were stated in stock online they were awaiting delivery, therefore this delayed receiving our order. I was not updated regarding this and contacting Abakus by email rendered no response, however I managed eventually to speak to a helpful staff member who explained the reason for delay and was able to give me an update on delivery which was accurate. Order delivered on time. Very happy.

Good service, very quick delivery. Very happy with my corner sofa. Really comfortable. I was a bit hesitant to order as was unsure how easy it would be to connect the 2 pieces together as I'm on my own. I telephoned prior to ordering and was assured that it was just a matter of clicking them together and this proved to be true. Only thing missing is it would be good if they offered an unpacking service as an optional extra, particularly for older people such as myself.

Ordered on the evening of the 22nd, arrived today (26th). I was informed of the time slot which I was able to confirm and also notified when I was the next stop for the drivers. Fantastic service.
