International moving not available

The site is suggesting international moving (Scandinavia and Europe), but I have just been told that it is not part of the company services - please delete the service from your site.

Hi Stefan
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify the situation: You contacted us regarding a larger international relocation task. While we did offer international moving services at the time, we unfortunately did not have the available capacity, trucks, or required time slots to complete your specific long-distance move properly on those dates.
We chose to politely decline the job in the phone rather than giving you a promise we couldn't keep. We believe it is more professional to say 'no thank you' to a task instead of risking a bad experience for the customer due to a lack of capacity. We are sorry that our refusal frustrated you, but we stand by our choice to only accept jobs we can guarantee 100% professional execution for.

Best regards,
Kim Kristensen
Aalborg Flyttefirma.
