Ghosted by AP

I read the other reviews. Apparently not paying invoices is a regular practice. A2 not paying $ 3900 invoice over 110 days old. Not returning calls and not responding to emails. Emails even have a Senior VP of Procurement in the chain and apparently payment delays are not important to the supply chain flow. AP claimed to be elevating the issue on June 5th, 40 days later, nothing. No quality issues, no reasons. Just frustrations and lost bandwidth chasing what should happen automatically.

UPDATE: Finally received payment after 119 days. No communication that payment was forthcoming or payment was released.

On December 20

On December 20, 2024, they placed an order with our company for $20,550, and agreed to pay NET within 7 days. We shipped the goods on December 26, and the goods were signed for on December 30. However, when the payment date of January 6, 2025 came, they kept finding various reasons to delay, and it has been overdue for 44 days! This dishonest behavior has seriously affected the capital flow and normal operation of our company, which is really infuriating!

Unprofessional Payment Practices – Highly Disappointing Experience

We at Avaq are extremely disappointed with our experience with A2 Global Electronics (formerly America II Electronics). On December 20, 2024, we received an order from them for a total of $20,550, with agreed payment terms of NET 7 days. The order was shipped on December 26, 2024, and was signed for on December 30, 2024. According to our agreement, we expected full payment by January 6, 2025.

However, it has now been 44 days overdue, and A2 Global Electronics has continuously delayed payment with various excuses. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to honor their commitment, and this situation remains unresolved.

This lack of professionalism and failure to uphold agreed-upon terms is incredibly disappointing. We would not recommend engaging with A2 Global Electronics, as they have shown a clear disregard for business ethics and financial responsibility.
