Because the work am doing with you now is not the type of work am looking for. I mean Nursing home. I prefer mental residential. Also all the place you have all your work is very far from where am living, the that is not too far is shift is not consistent. Great agency to work for. Only downside is the leave arrangement. It makes it impossible to build up any considerable leave for the December holidays.

I've worked with this agency since…
I've worked with this agency since 2008. Really good shift bookers. Pay rates not bad at all. I get my work via a phone call from a call-centre in South Africa or I can call them on What's app for free.
The Booker calls you and you take the shift only if it fits in with your schedule and you can work around your commitments. No pressure at all. No penalties either unlike some agencies.
Very pleased I joined. Excellent training too so I'm always up to date with my practice. I love them. Professional, focused and up-to-speed.
