The app is helpful and my coach Brandy has been amazing!

I've been taking Zepbound for almost a year now, and have loss a total of 20 pounds. My G1C has went down 5% the hardest part of this journey is working out.

Easy to use and understand. All staff are nice and kind. Helpful hints on regular normal meals, exercises and real normal lifestyles. ( meaning they understand life is busy and squeezing in time for all this can be difficult and they get that )

Communication is great and it is easy to navigate

I can’t believe how knowledgeable my team has been. This isn’t like Noom because it’s a pinpointed experience. You get personal 1:1 coaching with each module. It’s not random and it’s not forced.

Doctors are amazing! Always willing to help you with the root causes and give resources. The app is easy to use and follow.

Communication with coaches and providers is very easy as well as convenient. I simply open up a chat box and I am answered within minutes.

The app is a rounded approach to weight loss with modules to keep me on track. The staff is very helpful with ideas to assist me on my journey.

9 AM Health is an awesome platform everyone there is so professional and knowledgeable. I feel like and I’m not being dramatic ,that they have helped me get back to my health and help save my life really because my medication that I’m on is zepbound it reduces inflammation in your body. Just an overall wonderful experience. I would recommend this to everyone that I know that needs some help with inflammation, losing weight, getting healthier, finding their way back to their health. I would say just do it and don’t wait until tomorrow. Do it now.
