I have never received my blusher despite contacting customer services twice. I was told it was being shipped which was also a month after I made what I thought was a simple purchase . I shall continue to try to get my money back or the blusher I ordered . I will not be buying from this site again. Be cautious!

Pathetic service and totally miscomittment. I bought a shaver machine which is 172SR and delivery charges which is 45SR including all i had paid all 217SR but after 2 weeks when the product reached in my city Riyadh i got a message from shipping company to pay the shipping charges and collect your item why would i pay the charges which i already paid at time of purchase? I wrote an email to the 8com support 2 days ago but they didn't even replied to me till yet. Totally fraud.

Ordered from 8com stores on 10th Jan and still waiting .Sitting on. EVRI Tracking which l paid for says On its way and also We are expecting it .
Awful company. Go to your local well known pharmacy instead order and recieve next day pay a little more it's well worth it .

I ordered 3 weeks ago and didn’t get my items and then had it cancelled without any reason I was really upset I didn’t recieve

waited a week for my item to be dispatched for it only to be cancelled

I was misled by cost being reduced from £31 to £13 (58% off) when it was actually the travel size which was £13 instead of £15. I clicked on .32 oz size but was sent .16oz size. You need to correct the description.

I ordered my package a few weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received any shipping information or any other information on my package
