I backed the wrong horse and asked them to void the bet and change it to another selection. They said all placements are final and wouldn't do it. Fair enough - it was my own stupidity. I then backed the horse I originally wanted - £50 ew - and they accepted my bet, only to reject it a minute later. I asked them about their "all placements are final" BS and they said " we can void bets at our discretion but don't do it on request."

Haven't won a thing on this site. Spent over £250 and won nothing, swallows money quicker than throwing it down the loo.
Awful app that crashes all the time. Makes you keep logging in, the free play is a total con, it gave me £120 after I deposited £20, but the minute you win up to £50 you lose the free play, or you can play the fee play but your winnings are capped at £50. You play with your winnings and win nothing. Closing account as it's such an awful site. On of the worst.

Customer services are so bad it's untrue! Raise an issue or complain about it and they close your account! Software is all over the place! Entirely unstable!! Exchange rates are ugly! Avoid at all costs!!
