Opened 888 account with £100 early April 2024.Placed £50 losing bet week later. Few days later requested a withdrawal of remaining balance. They still hold my £50 and demand proof of my identification before complying with my request.They accepted my losing bet without any proof of identification 🤔.
I will not let this go untill these thieves have given me MY money😠

I'd give these 0 if I could. Placing a bet is fine, but if you want to withdraw your money it is impossible. Other companies its so straight forward. With 888Sport, they're incapable or unwilling to give you your money.
They have now asked me to send me all my details including Swift and IBAN number to some random email address which I refuse to do.
I now have a chunk of money in my betting account, that they are putting so many hurdles in place, to not pay me my accrued funds. AVOID if you want your winnings paying out. They are terrible.
UPDATE: I'm still waiting for my funds. Sent an email as requested, but 1 week later received NO REPLY, even though they promise to get back within 72 hours. They are now requesting even more information from me which my bank have told me not to! Honestly, don't open an account with these, but do, if you want to see your balance of winnings, but no way of accessing your money...absolutely terrible

The advertisement bet 10£ and get 30£ pounds in free bets when you bet the first time is not real.
You go through the process and after they tell you that you are not allowed any bonus.
No explanation given.
False advertisement.

Do not use this site any issues you have won’t be addressed and customer service is rude. Many other sites to use instead of this one. Just don’t use this site

We all win and lose from playing a variety of sites both online and offline, i play both and regular... this site os renowned for loaded deals, you may b get the right seat or the wrong seat but either way you cant almost bet on you losing the straight of flush from the flop or river and always losing to set of 3's for example. I only invest small amounts here and in mind of my observations i still get hit with the worst hand hitting on the river (Tilt)

In my experience there are three sites i consider bad behaving with loaded algorithms and thats 888, gg and SKY.

888 should only be used for micro blinds and very loose play, there are very limited players here which speaks volumes about the poker community here ...

It has been 15 days they held my money,
8 days since I send documents requested 3rd time.
Every time I contacted them (20-30 times) all they said was: we are dealing with it but some times it takes longer while we are busy etc.
I had same issue with another site and they verified in 4 minutes, same documents.
So final is, I told them to keep my £150.00, as it seems they need that money more then me. So it is my contribution for buying William Hil for billions of pounds.
This is my final message here regarding these crooks.
I hope they will not put a automatic reply shamelessly and repeat b/s.

Dreadful , signed up as a new customer they took my money and then blocked my account for verification. The customer service gives conflicting information. They promise refunds but nothing arrives. Keep asking for the same info over and over again. I am going to IBAS. Keep telling me to log in and withdraw my funds but I am blocked from the account with my money in it. I have never used their site and I never will but I wont stop till they return my money. What a scam

Absolutely disgusting. I opened account 3 weeks ago, I won my bet when I went to withdraw they blocked account so they could verify who I was. It took 2 weeks to re open account. They then re opened account only to block it again 2 days later. I have got in touch with the gambling commission. I have never known a company like it. 888 please Don not reply to this with you stupid response which just takes you to the same page as normal. I verified my account over 3 weeks ago so why do I need to do it again please do not use this crap betting company

I closed my account last year in a disagreement over winnings.i signed up again last week.888 took £88 in deposits.5 days later they have closed the account with credit still there.claiming I have acted more or less.fraud.by opening a new account.yet last year when the account was closed.i was under the impression that all data should have been removed.but it was still there.avoid this site at all costs.this is legalised theft.blocking me from ever having another account.and keeping my money too

I cannot understand the negative reviews on here for this site. I tried it out to find a different live casino from the boring one I was using before. The options are fantastic, loads of games to choose from with high and low stake games. Only bad thing is the few days it takes the money to come through, other places are much quicker.

Only received 30 pound of my 90 pound winnings they said they have sent it to my old bank account on system I tried explaining it is a closed down account but they wasnt interested and tried saying banks will still accept the transfer so I will need to take it up with them it's a joke the worst customer service I have received,i believe it's time everyone washes there hands with this betting app.

I regret having to write this review as I've had an 888 account for a number of years without too many issues but my recent experience has been terrible. Last week I decided to withdraw $300 which would then be converted to GBP. When I checked my bank account, they had credited me about $165. As they do sometimes split a payout into 2 separate payments ( not sure why) I wasn't too concerned but the remaining money never arrived. I contacted the 'customer services ' to enquire about my funds and was told I needed to verify my ID and debit card despite making many previous withdrawals AND that they had already paid out half my winnings but I dutifully obliged. Days later there was still no sign of my cash so I rang them again and was told I would also need to upload a picture of the debit card I had used previously. As I don't hang on to old and expired cards I explained that this was impossible and they then told me I should go to my bank and get proof that the old card had been replaced by my current card and provide this to them. By this point I was so discombobulated by this maze of rules and requirements that I told them to close my account and have presumably sacrificed my money. Apologies for the length of this review but the circumstances demanded the detail.

Don't waste your time with this site. Any bonuses you get you need to wager 30 times to withdraw anything. Never again.

won £600 and then £300 and still not got my money sent them id proof then they said mastercard would not accept money from them ???? and then ask me to send them details for a bank wire transfer just another stalling tactic dont think i will ever see my winnings
