I would just like to say I have had alot of problems with the games them selfs, also login on to the actual site very disappointed. I like to play certain games but you win a bit and then you win nothing for a very long time very disappointed 😞

Just another money taking poor casino. Avoid them. I deposited £50, played through that on various slots at 20p, 40p, 60p, 80p and got nothing back, got my £50 bonus and guess what! Won nothing on that. So very easy swerve for me, account closed!

Won on Friday night was paid out on Monday so quite fast as it was the weekend

I would give zero stars if I could! I’ve used this site for a while never a problem then now they need bank statements etc and won’t send the money I won until there verified but will take my money no problem. Should be verified before taking my money. Do not recommend avoid at all cost

I won a massive amount just over 10k on roulette and I decided to withdraw my money. I have been asked to provide a million documents to verify my account. The withdrawal is showing still in process. This company should be taking down by the authorities for scam. This is pure scam withholding my money for no reason. It’s a big amount of money so won’t let them off without taking them to court. The worst betting platform. They kept tailing me for a month then kept my entire deposit + winnings for over £900 with saying “we are not liable to give you a reason why”. Refused to cooperate with ADGR so your money is never coming back unless you take them to small claims court.

I have used many betting sites over the years and I like to remain loyal to any that provide me a good service.

I switched to 7bet earlier this year after a friend’s recommendation. I have a high income so like to bet quite bit. I had to pass crazy strict security upon sign up. I sent bank statements etc and they set me a monthly loss limit. It was high enough to be useful.

Over a few months I was minus over £10k. My account was fine and I accept my losses. It’s part of gambling.

However, my luck turned and I then won all my losses back. I’m now a bit in front overall, having wagered £10,000s in bets. Maybe £100,000s.

For me, I thought I’d found a betting partner I can rely on, win or lose - it’s the name of the game.

However, now I am slightly in front, they have restricted my account to the hilt. I used to place £500-£1000 sports bets. Now I often get restricted to a max bet of £20.

For my needs this makes the site utterly useless.

It’s such a shame a gambling company only wants losers. They should accept some winners along the way.

I only play for fun, and no doubt would lose long term. They have now lost a customer who would have loyally used them for years to come.

They should look at relaxing this stupid policy if they want to grow in the UK.

I would have passed on a recommendation to my hundreds of friends in the betting industry, but now I will list them as just another company looking for losing accounts only.

They sent me an offer: bet £100, get £15.
I followed all the instructions and completed the offer. Fortunately, my £100 bet won, and my balance increased to £400.

But the very next day, they restricted my staking limit to £0.50, which feels completely unreasonable and unfair. It’s honestly quite frustrating — instead of enjoying the platform, I felt like I was being punished for winning.

Since I couldn’t place any meaningful bets anymore, I attempted to withdraw my funds. Now they are demanding various documents, including my debit card and bank statement. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy, especially given how sudden all these restrictions were.

The whole experience feels suspicious and untrustworthy, and it has caused me a lot of stress and concern.

Where do I begin ? .

I first started off fine with no issues and knowing full well that once I gain winnings there would be a cap and a verification process as expected. When submitting my documents, I was constantly rejected for the documentations provided even though I was providing them of what they asked. I've never had any issues with verifications processes and always manage to verify in 2 days. This was different. Every day for the last 4 days I've been contacting them and told my documentation had not been accepted and told to resubmit them. I give props that they have quick response times but that does not benefit any situation when they constantly repeat the same thing and threaten to terminate your account if your unable to verify and cancel the withdrawal. Not the way to treat customers that you want to return to your site. DONT SIGN UP, GO TO A BETTER SITE!

I deposited £900, no issues - verified myself on sign up, as soon as I tried to withdraw some money (little £30), they asked me to send a million things to verify, they are thieves - read the reviews, everyone is saying the same thing.

Do not play it.

My experience since making a small deposit on this site has been an absolute joke. I deposited £10 after deciding to try a new site. BIG MISTAKE. I actually turned my deposit into £60 . It was actually nice to win for a change. However when I attempted to withdraw they have used every excuse known to man. I have provided various forms of id and yet they still find excuses not to pay. Unless you want similar grief and disappointment do not get involved with this company. Andrew Higham
