Their verification process is laborious and excessive. When trying to withdraw winnings, I kept getting asked for different information and made it really hard to withdraw. Avoid and go with bet365, paddy power or some of the better known ones that don’t try tactics like this. They are asking for pictures of debit cards, bank statements, Apple Pay plus more. I can’t even remember everything they asked for. You can deposit quickly but best of luck if you try to withdraw or have to speak with their clowns in customer service.

The company are a con, they sent a promotion for which I took part in, in good faith, and following qualifying for the freebet they restricted my account and wouldn't allow me to place it.

7bet are regulated by the gambling commission which clearly state, 'Do not enforce (or seek to enforce) any Account Restriction against a consumer who has, prior to such Account Restriction being notified to them, made one or more qualifying bets in respect of a Free Bet Promotion'

7bet are refusing to honour this. I have made a complaint and will pursue this further through ADR and the GC if required.

My advice, take your business elsewhere. They are cowboys

SevenBet UK is an absolutely small-time, tin-pot betting company. I won 3 out of 5 horse racing bets and was almost immediately restricted, with maximum stakes cut to £3–£10, after previously betting hundreds.

When I asked them to explain why my account had been limited, I received the following copy-and-paste response:

“Following a review of your account activity, our team has decided to implement a limit on your sports betting. This is part of our efforts to maintain a fair and responsible environment. We are unable to provide specific details regarding the exact criteria, as this is governed by internal policies.”

When I challenged this, I was simply told it was “internal” and they refused to give any explanation at all.

Let’s be clear: this has nothing to do with “fair” or “responsible” betting. It’s about winning. If you show even the slightest sign of success, they restrict your account and hide behind vague policy statements.

What makes it worse is that if you look through the reviews, you’ll see review after review saying the exact same thing, mixed in with what look like paid-for positive reviews trying to drown out genuine complaints.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst bookmakers operating in the UK. If you value transparency, fair treatment, or even the basic ability to place a meaningful bet when you win, avoid this company completely.
