Virgin broadband cable was supplied with very cheap F Connectors which broke easily while I was screwing them onto the router. Not the same connectors as shown in the pictures on the website. Certainly not a quality product. Phoned for a refund but felt they didn’t really care. Asked for a refund through PayPal.
What an amazing compsny. Cables here within 2 days of ordering. No issues what so ever. Loved the video on how to connect the new to exsiting cables. Amazing what able to do this in only a few minutes. Will certainly be recvommending to others.

Terrible product doesn’t work so I contacted company via their online portal no response. So I phoned them only to be hung up on ….as I paid through PayPal I’ve managed to get a refund.
