The banker
The banker, Jorge at Fifth-Third on University & Commercial Location was pleasant, easy to talk to, made the experience seamless, and was very knowledgeable of the banks product. Offered me refreshments, made the entire process less stressful. Furthermore, he recommended some additional products that will help me after I opened my accounts.
Courteous and informational
Spoke to Sam, a personal banker. She was very nice and informational. Offered for me to come in to discuss more specifics about the given options. We talked about possible investments to allow my money to grow rather than just sit in a low interest savings account. Also, Sam just wanted to make sure that I was doing all right with Fifth Third and to see if I needed anything.

I had spoken to one of the representatives named Orline about 6 months ago regarding my auto loan. I was hoping to refinance my loan and ask about options because my loan is upside down. I recently lost my job and had to defer my car payments for 2 months which was very helpful. Orline had called me the other day to check in and see if I had any questions or concerns. She is so sweet and caring. I really appreciated the call.

Tha patience and dedication to me to help and listen to my problems and solve them . I have hearing problems wear hearing aids which help some of the time but not on the phone it seems. They kept saying they could no hear me or understand me. So went into a branch to try to take of this issue. Any way they took care of the issues I was having with my card and account.in a very timely matter. I made me feel very relieved!
