TOTAL BANDITS

These people are total bandits. The product (in my case internet services) was fine, but just try cancelling the rolling contract after you decide to switch service providers. They went on charging me for months, despite me contacting them on a weekly basis to say I had closed the account. And every time I tried to clear what I 'owed' just to get rid of them, they took the money then recharged me for the next month. Insult to injury, they then sold the 'debt' to a collection agency. Avoid at all costs.

No signal for two days…

No signal for two days in Penrhyncoch and when you contact them they start blaming your device rather than taking ownership of their poor network. Three devices, all different. Mine, my partner and a visitor. No 3; it ain't 'my device' it's simply your poor service. Provide a network, check your network, repair your network. Thank goodness my internet is landline based or you would be able to hear my screams throughout the village!

This Company has the worst customer…

This Company has the worst customer service on the planet. I have been without, internet on my mobile phone thus stranded by this Company, I pay good money for a service I'm simply not getting. Had issues and they simply fob you off and make you feel bad for disturbing them. Went into the Islington branch due to having no internet for 5 days on my mobile. We tried my sim in the employee phone, two of my phone's same issue. Had to sit there for 1.5 hrs whilst they made every excuse, to no avail. Was handed a phone to put at my ear without it being cleaned first. The entire staff were useless and quite unfriendly. I after all that time, was told they would send a new SIM that it would take three days. That I had to show my passport for them to deal with me. It was like going into a horror movie. That was Friday. I realised that the shop in Putney was open today. N1 told me thet Putney shop was closed. I went today and found it open. BILLY, found the solution in 15 minutes. His motto was YES we WILL find the solution,
and he did. All I need now is an apology for the VERY BAD customer service and Tec department who wasted my time and I want six months compensation off my bill. I lost untold business due to this mess. Thank you Billy, you should get a promotion. Well done...If it were up to Customer Services I would have been left all weekend with no internet. Shame on you. V Coleman

Due to abysmal signal quality which I was assured by 3 Ealing Branch would be satisfactory when I signed a 12 month sim only contract I finally had enough in Feb 2021 and phoned customer services to cancel my contract and pay up the remaining months of my contract. I was quoted £58.06 which it was agreed I would be sent a bill which I would promptly pay. Nothing arrived until 1 May when I received a written demand for 3 months arrears or a threat to pass it on to a debt collection agency! I rang customer services who denied the £58.06 figure to pay up the contract and rather beligerently insisted the £30 arrears be paid immediately which I did then they would initiate the 30 day closure procedure and I woul then receive a final bill for £39.44? This arrived a few days ago and now had increased to £47.32!!! In order to rid myself of any further contact with this inefficient and unpleasant company I have now paid that amount! Stay clear of this company be advised!

I changed my Pay as you go sim to a monthly contract sim. Being an existing 3 customer i requested them to keep my existing number in new sim. I tried several times and after hours of calling i finally could talk to a customer support (horrible experience). She said the number will be transferred in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs they disconnected my old sim without transfering my number to new sim. I again contacted them after long hassle and they informed me it would take 96 hours, that mean i will be out of contact for another two days. I am a doctor working in NHS, my number is very very important for my hospital to contact me. I am so so frustrated... this is just impossible. If i would have known it earlier i would rather change to different operator. This is hell..

Truly untrustworthy worthy

Truly untrustworthy worthy, over charging is very common, customer support is non existent unless you want to upgrade. I was promised a refund from over charging but never happened and the customer service supervisor "clive" wont take my calls and I'm tied into a 2 year contract so I can do nothing. Be wise and stay away
