Atrocious
Cancelled my broadband in November 2022 but unfortunately the person I spoke to did not record that call so I have been pursued by three different credit agencies impacting my credit rating. I have today again cancelled my broadband and having told them exactly what I thought of the “customer service” only to be told I would receive a further bill. They asked if there was anything they could do to sway me back to 3. Presumably that was a joke. Avoid at all cost

No or very very slow mobile data for a week. There's not even a phone number to call them anymore.
When all you can get is a very occasionally H+ signal, whatever that means it takes several minutes to load a single page.
I now have to drive five miles just to use the mobile data at the top of a hill.
I will be cancelling my contract on Monday morning as I'm paying £50 a month for a service I can't use.
Pathetic company. A complete waste of money.

I would advise anyone who is at the end of their contract and wants to leave 3 mobile go get a solicitor to deal with them because they will keep giving you the run around a terrible company to deal with they should be thrown out of the country they deal with their customers in a underhanded way
Appalling Customer Service at Houndshill Blackpool Branch
Called into the store in Houndshill Blackpool on Weds.25th Jan. as I had a simple fault on my phone that couldn't be answered by the Sales Assistant I spoke to. His reply was "Don't know what you're talking about" and then disappeared into the back office with the remaining staff, I could just hear peals of laughter which made me feel humiliated and angry as I have been a customer with 3 for 13 years. On the rare occasion I have called the Call Centre they have always been polite and courteous. Although the Assistant Manager intervened, she had little control of her staff. When I called the Call Centre later to complain they understood my query perfectly. I returned to the branch to confirm that I had lodged a complaint about the inefficiency of the discourteous staff and was told to leave by the Assistant Manager as she said I was insulting her staff by referring to them as inefficient. The Call Centre have allocated a complaints reference number by txt but no official email. That was 4 days ago. My contract ends next month so will be looking round for a better deal with another network and hopefully speak to staff that are much more respectful to the older generation.

The customer service is the worst. I have spoken to them many times with different questions or problems. Every very time I was met with rudeness and condescension. In fact, they must know how terrible their employees are because they have a recording stating that verbal abuse will not be tolerated. They should listen to their staff and how they treat their customers. The only abuse given out is from them! Guess what ... Kindness, patience and understanding costs nothing!!! If I could give them a negative rating, I would! If it wasn't for the lack of mobile coverage in our area, I would have changed to a different service long ago.

Accidentally selected wrong roaming plan (picked my own countries roaming by accident, even though I am already covered for full data use in my own country) and was on holiday thinking all is well. Had service interruption,could not get through to support pages. Used Wifi at hotel. Went home talked to support they explained what happened. Gave me a 300.00 bill and after me asking for this mistake to be taken as an exception they gave me 30% Credit and basically told me to be grateful, as they are by rights not obliged to give me anything as the 30 quid payment I made was 'valid'. It was 'valid' alright. Even though it's 100% provable that I was in a different location to the roaming package.
Been with them for a decade. Avoid they are clowns. Moving to a competitor and never coming back

all and every time i need to use website/app to top-up their site is down ? no customer service worth talking about. from what I have discovered all mobile companies are useless, in it for the money and no customer support. when I got really anoyed and told three that i would change my network, the response was. . . "good idea" hows that for customer service!

Reading the reviews on here, I am not surprised at my experience at the store in Shrewsbury yesterday. The downright rudeness, ignorance & belligerence of the sales assistant I had the misfortune to deal with was staggering. Their policy is no return, no credit note after the short period of 14 days. The item I bought as a Christmas present was not fit for purpose. I lodged a complaint with 3 HO & intend to contact the manager when he is back in store. Very conveniently he is off work till Sunday. Avoid this company like the plague.

3 service crap glad I only bought a £10 sim that you does not work to see how much data is left junk
No working service or TV but still charge.
Promotional TV arrived faulty 3 will not replace. Hub not working and not in stock so they cannot replace it BUT they are still charging and saying if I do not pay I will be in breech of contact. Will not even provide written confirmation that they will not do anything so that I can take it to the Ombudsman so will have to wait for 8 weeks. They keep closing the complaint so even this may be a problem as the complaint can never be open for 8 weeks. Customer service is totally useless and just pass you from one person to another. They will not provide details of there formal complaints procedure, I suspect they may not have one. May need to go to small claims court for a refund.
Terrible Network and customer service
The worst customer service from a phone provider one agent was sour when I was live chatting because I tried to get add on for data he was no help he made me feel stupid when I was talking to him and the network coverage is a pure disgrace they say they have good coverage all round Ireland I'd be lucky to get 5mb in my village and the app is brutal says I have wrong details when I sign in when I clearly don't I checked a few times , trying to buy add on its a pain it doesn't work only if you talk to agent and most of them haven't a clue what their on about Example 5NET is available on the website and he tells me another wise and I try to get the add on it doesn't work . 3 plus is good but other than that terrible

TOTAL BANDITS
These people are total bandits. The product (in my case internet services) was fine, but just try cancelling the rolling contract after you decide to switch service providers. They went on charging me for months, despite me contacting them on a weekly basis to say I had closed the account. And every time I tried to clear what I 'owed' just to get rid of them, they took the money then recharged me for the next month. Insult to injury, they then sold the 'debt' to a collection agency. Avoid at all costs.
