My Item Was On Back Order...

My Item Was On Back Order...
The item I ordered was not available. I was contacted with a replacement the same day. Plus the replacement was a bit less expensive. I was assured the replacement item would be sufficient. Great customer service!

Excellent experience.

We have used 3ID management for about 3 years now, and I have had the best experience. Dana has been extremely helpful anytime I wanted to make a change or sample different products. Her suggestions on what we may want to try have been excellent. I have recommend this company on more than one occasion.

Dana is an excellent representative

Dana is an excellent representative! Only moments after I had placed my order Dana reached out to explain the delays in shipping that are happening during this time. While the product I had ordered is not expected to be in stock and ship until November the fact that Dana gave me a heads up and explained current delays is why I'll come back to 3iD again.
