Great support and service
3DGBIRE have provided us with great support, technical advice and guidance to accommodate key requirements for our consultancy. Material deliveries are always next day and any technical assistance & support for getting the best performance from our Ultimaker S5 and materials we use is always followed up promptly... which is particularly important within our industry to hit deadlines.
Service has been so impressive, we'll be ordering a new addition for the Lab to support the S5 in the coming months.

Outstanding Customer Support, Quality Product
Bought an Ultimaker 3 and can see why it's been voted one of the best 3D printer in 2019. However, the unexpected bonus has been 3DGBIRE. An exceptional team of people - Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I'm new to 3D printing technology, so it's reassuring to know that I have 3DGBIRE to help me on this journey. Replacement Door and Hinges - FOC - Thanks Dave!
I managed to destroy a couple of the door hinges of a Raise3D printer. I got in contact with 3DGBIRE asking if I could purchase replacement hinges and Dave Ralphson kindly sent me out a new door and hinges - FOC! I received everything the next day. Thanks so much!

Personal service and excellent support
I have used 3DGBIRE both personally and professionally over the last 5 years, having bought printers and accessories from them as a member of University staff and for my own use. I have found their service to be swift and personal, with emails and phone calls answered promptly and in detail. Issues are always handled by one member of staff per enquiry, so I don't feel like I'm talking to an invisible 'customer service advisor', which means I know where to go the next time I am looking for a new piece of kit or some upgrades (Shaun!). This is also super helpful when working to a deadline, they have dug me out of a few holes with their exceptional support. Will certainly continue using 3DGBIRE in the future.

My Ultimaker "bricked" and would do nothing... phoned the guys at 3DGBIRE... sent them the printer which they very promptly fixed and sent back. In this case, with no charge. Brilliant! I didn't even buy it from them but they represent Ultimaker interests in the UK and, frankly, Ultimaker should be very grateful!

Great customer support
I purchased 4 Ultimaker 2+ machines for my workshop from 3DGBIRE with +2 year extended warranty. I have always found the staff responsive and helpful and their delivery times are great. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again when the time comes to upgrade my 3D printers.

3DGBIRE is a place of wonder!!!
3DGBIRE have been brilliant in the past and my last visit was no exception. Our printer was fixed within the time I was there and I was walked through every step they made.
Whilst there, I was given a tour of the new facility and had their consortium of amazing 3D prints shown to me; this turned my trip into a tour of the museum of curiosities and definitely propelled my interest into the art of 3D printing into overdrive.
I will always be keeping in contact with 3DGBIRE for all my printing queries, knowledge, technical support and future purchasing expertise.
Everyone should take a visit to see their new facility to become accustomed to the teams friendly nature and unparalleled skill!!
