Kodak filament
I 3D printed using the Kodak filament which is available from 3DGBIRE it prints well and is made to a very high specification which is what one would expect from a large company name such as Kodak. Filament extrudes surprisingly well with very good Layer adhesion, I had very good results when printing with this filament and was satisfied with the exceptional results it gave me, exactly what one would expect from from a well produced product. I would definitely use again.

3d printing at NAIC
Very professional and excellent service, I've now been dealing with 3DGBIRE since early 2018 and they have never let me down.
One example we have a few issues with one printer and within days it was all fixed ready to go which meant limited any down time and was offered a loan printer while ours was being fixed.
Shaun and the team are an asset to company and are great to work with.

I'd never heard of this company being new to 3D printing but they are the UK distributor for Ultimaker products which reassured me as '3DGBIRE' sounded like one of those strange transaction codes that raises an eyebrow when it appears on your bank statement. But no such fears, they have proved themselves a genuine and trustworthy company in my first and subsequent dealings with them. I didn't feel the sales agent I spoke to on the phone had a particularly profound knowledge of the product being sold but the tech support people certainly do and the web-shop is smooth and efficient. Products delivered promptly and well packaged etc. I have continued to use them for consumables etc since my initial purchase and will continue to do so.

No experience in purchasing but…
No experience in purchasing but exchanging emails was exhausting! Pre-Sales was abismal!
Looking for an IMMEDIATE purchase of a printer it was taking 2 (YES TWO) days to receive a reply via email (I was not able to speak via phone). Pretty poor in my book!
Went elsewhere and received replies within minutes and the purchase was complete within 2 hours.
Piece of advice to you 3DGBIRE, if someone states that they need to buy a printer and have it delivered by the end of the week then taking two days to reply to each email just does not cut it! :-(

Sorry to hear that your item was sent in a large box. This hasn't affected the cost, as this is a set price from DPD for all parcels under 10kgs.

Absolutely excellent 5* service
Absolutely excellent 5* service from this company and especially their technical team. Our Ultimaker 3D printer was 1 year out of warranty and broke down, I called them and was asked to return it to them, whereby they repaired, fully serviced and tested the unit and returned it for free. You cannot beat that for service. Not many companies around like this one anymore. Keep up the good work!
