I am very satisfied with the company, they gave me the best conditions for me. There is much to be desired and they improve their services daily in terms of stability and security. I have been using them for the last 6 years.

Good service

What I really like about 3Commas is the ability to execute both longs and shorts as a complete trade setup—entry, take profit, and stop loss—all unified in a single operation. I think this is one of the platform’s main advantages. Another feature I appreciate a lot is the Stop Loss Timeout, which helps avoid unnecessary liquidations from sudden wicks.

As a suggestion, it would be great if 3Commas allowed multiple Smart Longs or Smart Shorts on the same cryptocurrency so we could scale into positions. Even better, having the option of Split Targets not only on the sell side but also on the buy side would make the tool far more powerful. Additionally, I would love to see Trailing Take Profit work with partial take profits across different targets, and hopefully this will be possible in the future for buy targets as well.

Overall, a fantastic tool with lots of potential, and with these improvements, it could become unbeatable.

i have been using 3 commas for a while, and it's simply outstanding. it makes trading so much easier by allowing me to connect all my exchanges in one place.
I can easily set my profit and use the trailing profit option, run Grid Bots effortlessly, also love close at market price option.
I enjoy seamless integration with Trading View.

Platform is actually good but there Support team is horrible. They noobs they dont know about their ow system, users need to explain to them. Disappointed.

I’d say -150 coz there is cancel reoccurring payment option so your money will be charged even if you cancel subscription. Topical scam.

I've used 3Commas for approx. 4 years and the app has gone from strength to strength. Many of the features have reached a good level of maturity and new features arrive well-polished from the outset. Other than experiencing some slight issues when very high volumes occur on the exchange, I'm very happy with the 3Commas platform for automating my crypto trading.

The best bot trading platform out there, it allows every possible way to automate trades.

3commas has very good bots. Especially the DCA bot is unique in his kind. Relative easy to setup, but an enormous set of functionalities. The backtesting is also very helpfull to setup the bot.

3Commas is an amazing project in that it simplify trading today to many traders. 3Commas give traders the ability to create a flexible GRID strategy with Dynamic distance between orders and this help traders to make more profit. The use of trading bot to generate trading signals and trading execution is an amazing feature that i really admire about 3Commas.

I appreciate the opportunity to build my own bot, basic features work.

But trailing is not triggered properly and support is not very responsive. They only ask the details and say “the issue is escalated further” with no feedback or results

Looking for another option

I have registered on many plattforms through the years like Binance, OKX, Bybit, Icemarkets and the list goes on, never ever had an issue with verification, always sending clear HD photos.

Now this place "3commas" I found it strange that they need to KYC to use algorithmic robots, I mean its not a bank or a plattform you add cash to, still I sent them a passport for verification, and the funny thing it didn't pass by the service they use 24 something.

Anyways in the end after some research I found many of their services for free, going through forums, and you can also setup your own VPS with all the bots and settings you want much cheaper (if you have minimal tech skills), get the bots for free and only pay for a VPS.

3Commas has a User-friendly interface, multi-exchange support, customizable strategies.
Cons: Learning curve, transaction fees.
Recommendation:3Commas is suitable for traders seeking automation and strategy optimization. New users should be prepared to invest time in learning the platform.
