Cause they said it was free shipping on…

Cause they said it was free shipping on any order over 25$ but I ordered 2 products and they were from 2 different facilities so they charged me twice for shipping then right after I paid the 2nd shipping they tell me that they are out of the 1 item and asked if I wanted to change it no I dont just put my money back on my card please and thank you

Apologize if there's any misunderstanding in between.
1) There's a banner on our site saying that "Most countries free shipping on orders over 30USD".
2) "If you order both US warehouse products and Non-US warehouse products, we will charge extra shipping cost as we will need to separate shipment".

This slow shipping I preorder fush nano…

This slow shipping I preorder fush nano mod. On November 7th it said next batch till November 15th. I wait wait.... nothing I started to message them they told me will you next order be November 30th I said ok I been very patient and now we at December 2nd. Still nothing. Worst communication ever!!!!

Satisfied customer

Although the website says different with shipping time, I ordered a mod and it came in a little over 3 weeks. Customer service was great when I asked for tracking info and updates on my package. Coming from China so it is sketchy and it does take a while. But overall, I am happy. Located in USA
