Worst Company Going! There like jelly fish, spineless and run away when the chips are down! Stay Well Away!!!!!

rubbish company with the worst network coverage because they concentrate more on virtue signalling than mobile phone signals, i'd rather not have a phone than use them, me and my family have all cancelled our contracts and i hope the company goes bust

Worst company, loyalty to program is appalling, when things go dark, they were not in it to support but cut ties completely

They put charges up and is Impossible to talk to someone, they left Chelsea too leaving after this contract

What an absolute pants of a company... stay well away, there is so much choice out there, just do not try to be different, because in this case it means getting the worst possible service available in the UK. They would try to charge me a cancellation fee even if I can cancel any time since I am well passed the 24 months initial contract... If you do not need to contact them, consider yourself lucky, because the moment you do need help they are simply horrendous.

Consistently miss the customer expectation set by themselves. Worst network by a long long way.

Switched to 3 from a different provider, wished I hadn't. Signal loss was a major problem and the support service was literally non-existent when I tried to contact them for support.

Disloyal company. Hope they go bankrupt
