I am now a little over a year living…
I am now a little over a year living with the Sandwich sofa and truly it has been a nightmare from the start. Promising delivery in a timeframe they could not keep. No matter the configuration of the cushions it kills my back. I am currently replacing the filling inside the cushions trying to salvage the sofa so my money is not a total waste. Upon removing the filling the soft one is filled with nothing but feathers, which poke through the covers and poke your arms. The foam cushion when I removed it was two pieces of foam glued together….. $2500 dollars for this, I’m so mad at myself, but I’m stuck with it…. I’ll never buy a sofa again that I don’t see in person …

Great customer service
Great customer service. Swatches sent out quickly. Very responsive to every question I had. Delivery was faster than they originally said which was great. Also the communication with every part from ordering to delivery was amazing. And let’s not forget the couch!! The couch is amazing absolutely love it.

I have loved my sectional sofa so much
I have loved my sectional sofa so much, that I reached out to their customer service to see if they had an extra piece for us to make it longer (versus buying something new). They were able to send me the piece to make my couch longer, which made us so happy! We love the width, quality, and extra details that make it look and feel high-end!

Best couch ever!!! Everything about it is a plus!! fluffy, full, wide and so comfortable!! Everyone that comes over my house does not want to leave. I absolutely love it. I just ordered the ottoman to complete my set. I am so excited to receive it.

Comfortable Sofa
The leather sofa is nice looking and very comfortable. We also got Aalto Modern Wood coffee table. It has many storage space making it very functional. This coffee table is sturdy and heavy. Their live chart function was very helpful in answering our questions.

Looks better than it feels.
I like the couch. It looks nice, however, it is still too hard (not enough stuffing). Some of the pillows were forgotten and Customer Service sent some - they sent the small, side pillows NOT the large pillows for the back (which is what was missing).
I would probably not buy this again. It’s not as comfortable as it looks.

This is the second time purchasing from this awesome company. Our first purchase was the matching All Leather Sectional. That was back in 2021ish, I believe it was when they first opened. That sectional is amazing. It looks brand new and we use it everyday, all day! It is great for people with pets, the leather has been indestructible as our dogs seem to like to "dig" before they hog the couch. We just purchased 2 matching chairs and this many years later those chairs match the sectional perfectly. 110% satisfaction. I would also like to say that their customer service and shipping is above par. They respond to your questions immediately! The boxes looked like they were handled with kid gloves. Eventually, I'll figure out what coffee table I want and purchase that too! Thank you 25home Furniture!

Not Purchasing was the Right Decision
I had been looking into getting a new sofa and really loved the sandwich sectional. I reached out to customer service via live chat about a few questions I had and let them know I was still deciding because it is quite expensive. After that I received a ridiculous amount texts and emails trying to pressure me into making a purchase even if I couldn't afford it. With this and after reading more and more reviews about the shipping and quality issues I decided it wouldn't be worth the investment. I let the customer service representative I had been working with know that I had decided to purchase a more affordable and sustainable option from another company and his reply was "fine" which was enough for me to know I made the right decision by not purchasing with this company.

We were originally worried to order furniture online but everything about this experience has been good. Communication was clear and helpful and we were updated every step of the way. Customer service was amazing. We ordered an all-leather sofa and ottoman in the beginning of December with promise of delivery before Christmas, and it was. We were so satisfied with the quality, comfort and look that we ordered an additional ottoman on Christmas eve. The furniture looks beautiful in our home. Definitely recommend 25Home..

I had been wanting the sandwich sofa…
I had been wanting the sandwich sofa for a year and finally got it! It is EVERYTHING I had hoped for and more. The couch is so comfortable and my entire family fits on it, including 2 large dogs. This couch is durable and beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments about this couch. Additionally, this company has EXCELLENT customer service and always available when I had questions.
