Products were good but…

Products were good. However when I was sent a wrong item, two left knee braces, the reclamation process was way too long and slow.
At the end I got both braces…right and left. but it took three weeks.

Ordering is easy and reliable

Ordering is easy and reliable, I ordered for my daughter first and when the helmet arrived and I saw it. I decided to buy the same one for myself. The helmets are of good quality. Orders arrived in Finland quickly. Customer service is slow, that's the only downside. Five stars!

The number one bike parts store.

Super easy to pick the right parts i need and they fit my bike every time.
Website is easy to use on pc and phone. Only bad thing is that sometimes it shows some parts that dont fit my bike, but if youre careful its easy to notice. Even for 2009 bike there is a lot of parts and that is kinda rare to see. I have been using parts from 24mx for full rebuild of my bike and i found almost everything i need from 24mx. Will defenetly continue using 24mx and recommend it to my friends. Could not ask for any better store.

35 days delivery

One item I should sait for 10 days. And it took 35 days that the package arrived. Air filter oil container was broken and everything was covered in oil. I am very disappointed
