The online review was not impressive as they didn't open any files and kept copying and pasting responses. I needed to call in to get the issue solved. Once I did, it was smooth from there on out. Great product and fast delivery.

Usually I have gotten great service and products from your company. I will not order again. I paid for expedited shipping, but products didn't arrive. Also, the coozies smell so bad I will be embarrassed to even give them out. I ordered USA manufacturing but they smell like they have been through so many chemical baths... The design on them is VERY hard to read also. I'm just sad that this company is not what is used to be. I am usually VERY easy to please but I will not order again. Smooth process
We ordered our wedding koozies and it was so easy to do! We uploaded our own design and they returned a proof in such a fast manner and we had to approve it which was comforting before production! Also the prices are so affordable. I will 100% use them again!

Estimated delivery dates are false, I have an estimated delivery date of yesterday and my order status is still "waiting". Had I known that the estimated delivery date on my order was a complete misleading lie, I would have opted for additional shipping charges. Do not order from this company.
