I needed an app through which l could send my niece a birthday e-card via WhatsApp because she lives abroad and the postal service is very hit & miss to put it mildly !

Unfortunately, there is an known issue on some Android phones (outside of our control - as it is related to WhatsApp) whereby some videos do not play if they have been 'forwarded'. In order to make sure the card plays, we suggest you 'share' the card rather than 'forward'. Alternatively, our cards can be sent via Email and any other multimedia platform if the recipient's WhatsApp is still not permitting playback.

really fun way to create a personalised card for someone when they are not close location wise or, you just haven't got time to go to a decent card shop.
very easy to use menus and smooth navigation.
My friend was so pleased that i had made an effort,

I love the cards and have been sending them for years. There are cards for all seasons and occasions and new ones are frequently added.

I forwarded couldn’t be opened
I forwarded to my wife and she couldn’t open it. No point in sending a card to me that can’t be opened when forwarded to the person who’s birthday it is

Card was for a friend in America
Card was for a friend in America. It got there on the day and was cheaper than buying a card, the postage to USA and waiting at least 5 days for it to arrive. Will certainly use this service again.

Hello Zo. I am not sure what has happened here. We can see that the card was created and sent but for some reason you have not received it. In future please do reach out to customer service as we can manually deliver the cards if there has been an error in the automated WhatsApp delivery.
