Took out insurance with 1st central , and in the policy cover it stated in the benefits of taking out this policy i am covered to drive a borrowed car , when i recieved it dis not state that , i messaged this in chat and queried it and was told as it doeant state on the policy it is not covered , after requested a call back from a manager which i was told would be doen , 10 days later still no call from them ,, also because it is an o line policy i cannot access my policy as when i go online it shows my policy from 4 years ago only.and no one can help
