NEVER fulfill their promises, giving more and more promises with no single action, just gaining time since January till now for the reason (management are busy)
Keep the money guys, I will refund it in judgement day

Waste of money, more than 1,500 USD spent and the delivery rate is awful, you have to request delivery report after 24 hours and it never comes, you have to re-request from live support and they promise within 24-48 hours and again it never comes, you have to beg them to send report, and you receive only 1 of 10 requested reports
When you receive report you will not find all SMS you've sent so you will recognize why do they hide and delay reports!

Live support is almost nothing, they will never give any useful information, they will just act like ok soon, every SMS will be delivered soon, we will inform department, we will check, and nothing more, it would be better to talk to yourself facing the mirror other than talking to live support

I should share this as am a customer of 1s2u.com. i am from USA and i bought bulksms from them to send to canada. all of now goes well and the delivery to Canada is good. only 1s2u is the cheapest one that i found on internet. i can grant them 5 star because they provide pretty good service for a cheap price.

Very bad service, they made me waste a lot of time, they make you promises to answer extend every time without ever having an answer at the end. I strongly advise against these people.

honestly. i've been using this service for almost 1 year now, i always see it very helpful and easy. also prices are very good. i recommend all to try this service and also they have an mobile app you can send from it single sms and bulk, in very easy way.. customer service are also very helpful if you face any issue they make sure always to help you and to make sure all are fixed. thank you for that. for all the help.

from my personal experience its really good website as they have good support that can help you in anytime 24/7, and the team is very helpful. also the dashboard are very easy to use. also the good thing is the bulk you can send to 30,000 number in one time. the prices are good also better than other companies.

The lowest and the cheaper price comes with huge problems!
I bought as a reseller, 500k sms, and only 2 to 5 % where delivered and every single time, when is bulk sent, they show as delivered, but the contacts hadn't received!
Now even send a single sms is blocked or says that is delivered and I am with all the phone numbers ( mobile phones in my front ) and not even a single sms was delivered!

The support takes always the same thing, he or she, is going to see but it is every time the same thing, nothing happens!

I got in 5 months, 8 emails sent to support with probes of the bad delivers and my credits where gone, and the sms not delivered!

So, take care, and be careful. Support is from 1 to 10 = 0,5

it's very very very very very bad service and very bad customer service
if you have any problem any time (you will get answer "Please contact us again tomorrow ..... ")
save your many and search for another supplier
i pay 500000 SMS as a trial my customers send a lot of sms
i have a report provided by them for a delivery sms with wrong details (not real report - it's a fake) you will see all of your numbers DELIVRD but the correct status not DELIVRD
btw my sender ID registered and my payment it's done and loooooooost

I've been using this service for more than 6 months and the service is perfect no delay no issues, also the support team are always there to help when i face any issue. the good thing is the prices are the cheapest. and are stable to all countries, also the platform very easy to use and very simple that's the good thing.

Yes they are Very Very Very bad please go away from them always the services is down and please save your money i am trying to get refund they always reject my refund based on there policy , i feel like they scam me i will call paypal to refund me i paid them more than 1500$

They offer BULK SMS, SMS RESELLER, VIRTUAL NUMBERS and so for Europe, but they can't deliver it. Realy bad service. I have paid $300 and heared every day from live support they will top up my customer account next day... over an week. Then they said they can't realize it in europe. So they offer services that they can't realize. Don't waste your time and search an other SMS Gateway.
