This company's answering person is so frazzled she can't explain the procedures of the company. It took 2 weeks for them to pick up wash machine and then another 2 weeks to diagnose. They were asking almost as much as a new machine so they kept my wash machine, probably fixed it up for cheap only to resell. Not trust worthy.
