Poor Service and Misleading Website

I ordered ink from 123ink because their website clearly stated same-day dispatch. However, the following day my order had still not been shipped.

I sent an email and received no response. When I contacted them through the website chat, I was informed that the ink I ordered was actually out of stock. I was told that someone would call me to explain the situation. I explained that I did not need an explanation I simply wanted a refund. However, I was told that a refund could not be processed through the chat and would only be possible once I received the call.

This is a very poor way to treat customers. Rather than waiting for their call, I contacted them myself and cancelled the order. Despite requesting a refund the previous day, no refund was processed. I contacted my bank and was informed that no refund transaction had even been initiated.

When I called again, I was told that refunds take 3–5 business days to process. It’s ironic that a company that constantly advertises fast shipping is not nearly as efficient when it comes to issuing refunds.

My money has been sitting in their account for two days because of a problem entirely caused by them, and I am unable to use it while waiting for the refund. There are hundreds of ink suppliers in Ireland, and after this experience I will never use 123ink again.

What a service! It's easy to navigate the site , just input your printers number and order the ink! Next day delivery and notification of estimated time of delivery is priceless! You just got a new customer!

Very quick postage and product was best priced than anywhere else I looked.

Great company to deal with. I've had issues in the past with ink cartridges for my printer. Customer service is excellent. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable. I always go back to them.

I got the product. Came fast in good condition. It was cheap. Not planning to use it any time soon.

I got what I ordered, it worked as it should. Only slight moan is it took 2 days to arrive. But that's more to do with Anpost.

Great communication about status of order

When I contacted the company ,I was speaking with 2 lovely people on separate occasions ,they gave me time and listened to my questions and were very helpful in their responses ,the products that I received were perfect and it arrived within 2 days of placing the Order, there prices were very reasonable for the products that i purchased,and was also advised that if 1 part of my order was to come from there warehouse outside Ireland it would take a few days longer, so very Happy with 123ink and will be ordering from them in the future

Great selection in stock even for an older model printer like mine. ,Delivery was next day as advertised and over all experience was great.
