Didn't get the swab test mailed to me…
Didn't get the swab test mailed to me on time,then when they sent the supplements I requested a injection they sent a pill you put under your tongue still haven't gotten Hamalton to call me back on that ive reached out to him multiple times with questions no response it's really what you would expect from any run of the mill clinic no communication and over priced as far as there customer service ive only been on it a less than 2 weeks I guess ill see how it works but please don't think you getting any thing special there is a million of these places out there for alot less money and alot better customer service!!

I started taking the optimize a few months ago
I started taking the optimize a few months ago. It has been nothing short of life changing. I have a TBI and struggle with fatigue, cognitive issues and brain fog. Optimize has made a huge difference in my day to day life! While it won’t cure my tbi it certainly has helped in managing my symptoms.

Not nearly enough notice before auto orders go out so I missed adding something back to my auto order and had to place and pay for shipping on a whole second order.
*Update*... someone did reach out and refund the shipping on the additional order this time, which I appreciate. Said they would look into why my auto order email notifications are only 24 hours.
