Don’t think these really work
I don’t think I was accurately diagnosed from the methylation test two of my genes were in the yellow you prescribed the 10 X optimize if I take too many I get diarrhea. I’ll go down to two. I get back pain so I can only take one a day so I don’t really think this is working at all.

I believe in the system and everything seems to be going fine except for I can’t understand why I get a two month supply of everything except for the TMD. I get a one month supply. Otherwise, everything is great.

I struggled with gut issues
I struggled with gut issues. My whole life being told it’s gluten it’s this try a FOD map diet got the genetic test explained a lot started taking the supplements. It’s only been a week and a half but what a difference haven’t had a Tums or omeprazole since starting thank you now I get to get my two young boys to take the genetic test. They struggle with similar issues.

This telehealth company has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been on it for two months now, and I haven’t seen any results at all. I’m currently taking the highest dose, but this hasn’t changed anything. This isn’t new for me. I’ve been on this medication for about a year now, and I’ve been getting perfect results from the other telehealth services. I’ve been complaining to the doctor and writing to customer care, but they keep giving me excuses and refusing to help me acting like this is my fault I eat high protein foods I drink plenty of water I exerciseI genuinely believe that this medication is watered down, and it’s a complete waste of money.

Although pricey, I think Gary's podcast is the best selling point for his products. Made me convinced the price was worth it. Listening to him is what convinced me to buy. I never knew there was a difference between methylated vitamins and non methylated which made the difference for me to buy. The webesite is easy to use, straight forward to order and purchase new product. Delivery was quick.

This is an over priced scam. I paid $500 - got little useful information besides "eat vegetables and lean meats" duh! and it took 8 months for them to get the test done. I fell for a Joe Rogan instagram ad - never again.

May be helpful for some but not me...
Thought that the advanced 10X test would give me more info on genetics not just diet and what to avoid.
Test has programmed answers for the 5 genes that are reviewed. There are more genes to weigh into each person's health status. Still have a lot of questions. These tests may be good for a person with tough health issues but not necessarily for a very healthy person looking to fine-tune their existence. 10X wants to sell their supplements.

I bought into the hype so hard that I went all out and had the genetic methylation test, as well as the advanced bloodwork test done. I was very impressed with the booklet that I received and the results. But yet after five months of buying their personally prescribed, vitamin and supplement sachets, I am not feeling or seeing the benefits. At almost $900 every three months I don’t see the value.

Their customer service is Top Notch!
I’ve been using their supplements for the last 2 years. I love their supplements and I love their customer support even more! I’ve had packages stolen and have even selected the incorrect address, which is what happened yesterday. I was contacted by their manager Andrew and he rectified the situation immediately. They always seem to go above and beyond to make sure you have the least amount of inconvenience as possible. Their customer service is definitely just as great as their supplements!
