The live chat doesn't work and it appears to be pre-recorded, so you pay a lot of money just for a video. The instructor sounds like they are just reading off notes and keeps referring to the same few names over and oevr again. The explanations are alsp very poor and the video seems poorly edited, skips over explanations and cuts at weird places. There was also one question where they referred to "calling 911" in an emergency, which s obvously not correct.
The booking process was also very confusing as they originally didn't send the link, then sent an incorrect one for a taxi course.

Best company for theory lessons
So far the best company I have dealt with with regards to online classes! Their services are extensive and their customer service is very polite and helpful towards everything. I’ve only had good experiences with them and definitely recommend it to everyone that’s trying to study for the theory exam on their own. I must also say that I am confident that with the knowledge I have gained, I will definitely pass my exam with flying colours. Thank you to everyone from this company!
