Inflexible Approach
Unable to speak to anyone regarding the specific nature of cover provided until I had taken out the policy, everything is done online prior to insuring with Lloyds. Completely inflexible considering this was a new insurance enquiry.
Plus, absolutely no way to take out the policy without automatic renew being imposed on you. No ability to disable or uncheck this option during the application process or afterwards via their online client portal. I had to phone and wait in a queue in order to speak to someone just to have this option removed. Not impressed.
