Crocodile Veranda
We don’t usually leave reviews, But on this occasion we felt it was important to do so. We recently decided to make better use of our garden and chose a veranda from Crocodile. From the outset, Allan came across as exceptionally professional, providing clear explanations about the company and the product and taking the time to answer all our questions patiently.
Our installation team, Jay & Daz were absolutely fantastic. You couldn’t ask for two nicer or more professional people. They worked efficiently, offered great advice on maintaining the Veranda and even shared ideas for how we could enhance our garden to make the most of the new space.
We had one very minor issue after installation and Crocodile dealt with it immediately.
Jay and Daz even undertook a 4 hour round trip to resolve it, Which we greatly appreciated.
Now that the Veranda is up, We absolutely love it and can’t wait to enjoy it fully when the weather improves.
