First impression, no install yet

I haven’t had my hair installed and won’t happen until 3–19. However, my first impression is a tightly wrapped package in plastic, I had purchased a heat protection, shampoo, and conditioner… The shampoo completely cracked and exploded all over everything inside the package. It was sticky. It was full of mushy paper, it got onto my extension bags. It got into the conditioner box. The conditioner top started to come off. It was not on tight enough… also, was not aware of the tariffs I would have to be paying. I ended up paying $108, so maybe next time include that in the final checkout price or have it listed somewhere on the listings because I was not made aware of that fact after already spending $800,

Issues such as leakage in transit are extremely rare, and we would like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

In regard to the additional charges, please note that customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are outside of our control. These are typically charged by the courier upon arrival into the country. We do understand your feedback regarding visibility at checkout, however this is mentioned on the website when you choose your shipping method.
