1 star – Confiscated winnings after KYC, closed account

I registered at Riobet on 20 February 2026 and deposited 170 USDT. After a few weeks of sports betting, on 8 March 2026 I requested a withdrawal of my total balance 581.44 USDT (170 USDT deposit + 411.44 USDT net winnings). After I fully passed KYC, Riobet blocked withdrawals, returned only my 170 USDT deposit, confiscated 411.44 USDT winnings and then closed access to my account.

Support claims I violated sportsbook rules 7.2–7.3 about “group bets/syndicate” but refuses to show any concrete evidence (no specific bets, no linked accounts etc.) and even removed my betting history, so I cannot download my own bets. In my opinion this is an unfair confiscation of legitimate winnings using vague rules and zero transparency. I am filing complaints to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and several dispute resolution platforms and cannot recommend this casino to anyone who cares about fair payouts.

Hello, An additional review of this account was conducted by the security department. During the investigation, intersections were identified indicating the use of group betting schemes (syndicate / group bets). This information was also verified by the sports provider, who confirmed the presence of corresponding overlaps in the betting activity.

In accordance with the platform’s rules, such activity is prohibited. Therefore, based on the results of the investigation, a decision was made to restrict the withdrawal of winnings. At the same time, the option to withdraw the original deposit remains available.

Details of internal investigations and the methods used to detect violations are not disclosed to users, as this forms part of the platform’s security system. If necessary, we are ready to provide the relevant supporting materials to the forum administration for review.

Respectfully, Riobet Representative.
