I cannot thank Abz enough for the support and professionalism he has shown throughout my contents claim. From the very first phone call to the visit at my home, he has been absolutely outstanding.
He kept me fully informed every step of the way, always explaining what the next stage would be and making sure I understood where we were in the process. His communication has been excellent and he has been incredibly reassuring during what can be quite a stressful situation.
When he came to my home he was professional, friendly and very thorough. I genuinely couldn’t fault the service he provided from start to finish.
Abz is a real credit to the company and I’m very grateful for all his help. Exceptional service.
