Customer service is terrible
I love the zwift platform and the variety of virtual workouts available. However, the customer service is terrible. After having an issue with my Zwift power hub, customer service was not helpful at all. Rather, they kept pushing me to buy a new trainer. It felt like my concerns were not being heard. Response time took over 48+ hours and every time I was talking to someone else who would just share the same generic message. At this time, I have chosen to cancel my membership.
