Nice experience

Tajinder did a really good job with helping me find a perfume. She greeted me instantly with such a lovely smile & made me feel welcomed. She was very kind & patient with me. Thank you so much will definitely be coming back because of her 😌

Lovely equipment

I have been going to the new one in Coventry Arena. It’s been a lovely experience. Me and my son enjoy going and the equipment is lovely. So glad that this has opened. It’s 24 hours!😌

Review of Arabian Oud

Not great.

I went to the shop in Westfield and the staff were polite, but overall I was disappointed. I bought one of their Arabian perfumes after trying it in store, and it smelled strong and long-lasting at first. However, when I got home and wore it properly, the scent only lasted about two or three hours. For a perfume that costs over £100 and is marketed as a so called “luxury” product, that’s really disappointing. Arabian fragrances are usually known for lasting a long time, so I expected much better quality. How embarrassing for us arabs!
The customer assistant was okay, but they didn’t seem very interested or engaged. In the end, I feel like I wasted my money. The perfume is overpriced for what it is and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
