I paid for a cat toy from this company over a month ago. I still haven’t received it. First the address was wrong and it couldn’t be delivered. Then I received notice it was delivered to my mailbox. I checked with the post office twice and they didn’t have that tracking number provided. I have contacted the company by email 3 X’s and get the same ridiculous lie. My advice to anyone do not trust this company. If I could give them a minus 10 I would. They’re thieves. Please report them to the FTC because that’s what I’m doing.

Please don't trust this company. I ordered their product hair removal cream. It was supposed to be $14.99 .As soon as I added my credit card it didn't let me review my order but charged me $73.67. I reported to Chime right away. I was told I had to wait until the charges went through to dispute. It showed I paid for electronics. I received the cream weeks later the person who delivered hid their face and threw the PKG on my porch. The cream smelled like Nair. It didn't remove hair but the hair increased. There was no receipt in the bag so I didn't know where it came from. I finally found a number to call online. No one ever returned my call the recording said leave my order number which I didn't have because they didn't send one. Today I received a message that a payment from them was declined for.$73.67 Thank God I locked my card and now I will be reporting them to the FTC.
