Free replacement
I tried to buy a new cup for my 8 year old Dopper water bottle. It was leaking as the seal had come off. Dopper very happily delivered a new cup and cap to Denmark for free! Very good service. I could have bought a different water bottle but the Dopper bottle is the best - easy to drink from and easy to clean. Not cheap but worth it.
