Lack of information by customer service team - Wrong informations are provided by customer service team, each one will give different information.
Very high brokerage, there are lot of brokers in market who will provide service for very very lesser charges... Even for the cancelled transaction also icici is charging brokerage. Not suggested for icici direct platform.. unnecessary people may end up with paying brokerage rather than making money..👎👎👎👎👎

Very worst experience, stocks research tips are not at all upto the mark...simply making customer ls to fool by giving wrong mArket updates..
