Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought a tracksuit for my sons birthday for £158.00 and within a few hours of him putting it on, the UFC brand lettering fell off. I contacted them for return and replacement, and they offered a 15% discount off my next purchase as compensation. I refused this, and asked for return and replacement. They have since ignored all emails requesting that they resolve. I've now opened a dispute with my credit card company.
