I tried changing my size after just moments from ordering it. But you do not have full-control of the fulfillment unfortunately.
The mobile website was quite messy, which caused me to buy the wrong size; for eg. I wanted to order the white belt, but the picture showed a purple belt, which led me to remove the purple and add the white belt, and I also did this with the BJJ GI.
Customer service was helpful, but all-in-all a very bad experience. Now I have to wait 2+ weeks from purchase to retour.
