Got the Zwift bike and Kickr One last week. It was straight forward to assemble, but took a bit of time to figure out where to find the instructions (I recommend checking the video). So far, so good. What I do not like is the subscription that goes with it...But I can use it with some other free apps.

I’ve been using hDrop for a few weeks and it’s honestly eye-opening. The sensor is small, comfortable, and gives real data on my sweat rate and sodium loss during workouts. It helped me adjust my hydration plan and I’ve noticed a big difference in endurance and recovery. Support was responsive when I had a setup question. Definitely worth it if you train regularly and want data to back your hydration strategy.
