We went to Natuzzi in Leeds today, served by Mo - very knowledgeable, straight talking and understood what we were looking for. He couldn’t have been more helpful, a credit to Natuzzi and as a result bought 2 sofas instead of just the one we came to view!

Gym facilities are excellent but what lets this gym down is the air conditioning. It’s far too warm and staff are unable to turn the air conditioning down as it’s controlled by head office! The treadmills are located upstairs where it’s particularly warm. If head office sort the air conditioning, I would give the gym a 5 star review!

17/10 Thanks for the reply, it’s not that they are faulty but that they are set at a temperature between 18-21 degrees which is too warm for cardio at the Guiseley gym. I understand that the staff members can’t reduce the temperature as it’s controlled by head office - lots of members have given the same feedback to the managers so maybe something you could pick up with them? Thanks
