I really wanted to love these white Vessis. The style is clean and modern, and the comfort is truly outstanding. I walked over 30,000 steps in one day with zero discomfort, which is incredible.

However, the "pro" of comfort is completely undone by a major "con": upkeep. While walking in the city, the white material attracts dirt and grime at an alarming rate. The real problem is that they are incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to clean. The dirt seems to set into the material, and following cleaning instructions does nothing.

It's a huge disappointment. Despite the A+ comfort, the difficulty in keeping them clean is a deal-breaker. They only looked good for the first wear. I will not be buying these again.

am very disappointed with both the product and the service. The cutting board I received was smaller than the size listed on the website. I ordered the medium (14 x 10), but what arrived was only 13 x 9. On top of that, the board was already damaged — scratched and peeling — which is unacceptable for a product marketed as premium and “built to last a lifetime.”
The delivery itself took over a month, and during that time, I tried multiple times to reach the company through their website chat and email but never received a response. After finally receiving the item, I followed the instructions on the website to request a refund. It has now been over 5 days with no acknowledgment or reply.
Adding to the concern, the website claims the company has a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot, but when I checked, it turns out they are not even rated there. This feels misleading at best — and possibly a scam.
