This company is 10/10! The first man who came to inspect my property after I found some mice droppings is educated and has a lot of knowledge around pest control, very professional. The second man, who came to put the food and see where the activity was taking place was Adrian, again very professional and thorough in his assessment techniques.
Adrian came out again with a trainee two weeks later and checked all the boxes, but funnily enough I could smell a funny smell in the hallway, and to my surprise when Adrian checked a dead mice dropped, he got rid of it straight away, changed gloves and and shoe coverings and came back to complete the task.
I appreciated what they did, and the fact that I also have 2 months warranty meaning if I see anything I can call them again is very reassuring!!
