Puregym get your hat together

Puregym get your hat together. As colwick Puregym equipment is always broken since I've been a member. You had our money get the equipment fixed

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

More equipment out of order over a week…

More equipment out of order over a week now. Why not getting fixed. Your getting all our money every month. Plus thinking about moving back to Gym Group better equipment better staff at least they smile at Gym Group. Called customer service 🙄

Been in this morning

Been in this morning. No staff available all training no toilet paper had to leave gym early. Pay £22 a month to have a good session had to leave early because staff not on top of toilet facilities. Plus 2 bits equipment been down 1 week now very poor .
I did see manager in shower room he said wait till personal training is finished
