I really wanted this to work — the service sounded so promising, and the TrustPilot reviews looked great. Unfortunately, my experience has been really disappointing.
I’ve provided detailed feedback twice and even had a video call with their content strategist, but there have been no real improvements. The content looks very obviously AI-generated — which is fine in principle — but it’s poorly executed, like they don’t know how to use prompts to make the lighting or people look realistic. They also just copied and pasted my comments as captions (which were directions rather than text to be verbatim used) and didn’t use any of the content I’d uploaded.
It’s been six weeks and $150 AUD for absolutely no usable result. Maybe the quality depends on which account manager or content creator you’re assigned — but in my case, it hasn’t been worth it. I was really hoping it would live up to the ads, but I wouldn’t recommend it, unfortunately.

Just to clarify, we do not use AI to create content. Our team designs posts manually in Canva, which you’re familiar with from the templates you shared with us. AI may sometimes be used internally to brainstorm ideas or captions, but all visuals and final deliverables are created and reviewed by our human content creators.
